♪♫ God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen/We Three Kings - Barenaked Ladies Ft. Sarah Mclachlan
Life has gotten much better since my last blog. I have mostly gotten rid of my insecurities regarding my relationship. It isn't fair of me to not trust my boyfriend because of past experiences with other guys. He has never done anything wrong. In fact, he has only been wonderful to me. It took a few days of spending a lot of time alone and thinking to work through it. I now believe that everything is okay. He loves me and he isn't going anywhere. I feel relieved and much happier! I told him that I do not need reassurance from him anymore. He has been much happier too. He says he has noticed that I've been much more positive and relaxed. Yay! I know its not over yet though. I need to continue to work hard to ensure that those insecurities never come back!
Christmas was great. I spent five days in Cape Breton with family. They fed me so much food... I don't know how I survived, haha! Before Christmas, my dad gave me my birthday present late, I decorated gingerbread cookies with my younger cousins, went shopping with some of my birthday money and visited lots of family. Then on Christmas, I got lots of amazing gifts and had a great vegetarian Christmas dinner! It was the best Christmas I have had in years!

My dad got me a Pennywise doll for my birthday!

Some of the gingerbread cookies that my cousins and I decorated!

What I bought with my birthday money at the mall; a long blue knitted sweater, a blue crushed velvet top, a black tank top, blue velvet sneakers, black ballet flats and a pack of ankle socks.

The gifts before I opened them!

My gifts; Harry Potter gadget decals, plaid scarf, kitty slippers, Turtles chocolates, five games in one (chess, checkers, backgammon, dominoes & pick up sticks), cat mug, three Stephen King books (Night Shift, Skeleton Crew & Dreamcatcher), $195 in cash and starry pajamas.

My vegetarian Christmas dinner; Gardein's stuffed turk'y, stuffing, mashed potatoes, a dinner roll and mushroom gravy. Yum!
I also ordered some stuff online with some of my Christmas money...

A marauder's map scarf!

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker tote bag! Its my all time favorite video game!
Now I'm done shopping until the summertime. I don't need to spend anymore money... in fact, I think I need to get rid of some stuff! I should do a spring cleaning soon!
Aside from that, the only other exciting thing is that I'm going to see my boyfriend on Saturday. It wasn't supposed to be until Sunday, but he really misses me and asked that I come early. Last night he told me that he didn't sleep well because I wasn't there to cuddle with him. He is so cute. I can't wait to see him again!
That is all for now. I hope everyone has been doing well!
