a new beginning

♪♫ Life And Death - Michael Giacchino

Yesterday was hell for me. My friends told me that I need to get help for my anxiety, which caused me to have a panic attack. I was super pissed at them and I yelled a lot. Then I left the room and called my grandmother, hoping she'd have something different to say...but she didn't. She told me to get help too. Then I cried and realized everyone was right. My grandmother invited me to stay with her for a month or two until I get better. Shes gonna take me to the doctor and get me outta the house. The only sucky part is the fact she lives in a different city. So I wont see my friends for a little while. But I'm gonna talk to them everyday on Facebook and on the phone.

Anyways, I walked back into the living room and said "I feel like I'm on intervention!" as I cried. Then I told them that I was leaving for a little while. Kara and Garnet both gave me hugs and told me; they will always be here for me and that they are happy I'm getting help. I'm gonna miss them sooo much. They've helped me more than most people in my life have. They are truly the greatest best friends ever and I love them to death. ♥

I'm leaving in three days. So I'm gonna spend as much time with my friends as I possibly can. My grandmother is picking me up on Saturday and we're dropping by Wendy's so that I can get chilli cheese nachos for breakfast...then I'm off. I hope everything goes well. :)

  1. It sucks that you won't see Kara and Garnet for a while, but it's comforting to know they'll be there for you when you get back.

Going to your Grandmother's might be the best thing for you; when my anxiety get's bad I go to stay with my Grandparents, they live in Scotland (so technically it's a whole different country, not just a city! :o) and they live in a small village & its surrounded by fields and flowers and wild animals. It's really relaxing. It always helps to take myself out of the situations that stress me out.

I'm happy you're getting help too; you have so much to give to the world & you need to feel 100% with yourself before you can show 'em what you're made of!

I love you lots, keep in touch on Facebook, I'm gonna miss you! ♥

  3. *hugs* Anxiety issues suck, but it's good that you're starting to get help. My anxiety has been picking up a lot recently, so we're in a similar boat! I hope you feel better soon. PS. I'm back. ;) xx
