♪♫ The Last Goodbye - Billy Boyd
Its been a little while since I last blogged! My life has been somewhat boring since then, but the last week was amazing! I got to spend it with my boyfriend. He invited me to stay with him for a week because he misses me. We watched lots of movies, played video games, went for walks in the park, went to the movies to see The Avengers: Infinity War, went to a local store for free comic book day, I got to meet some more of his family, he gave me five driving lessons and I got to visit the youth center, where I got to see lots of friends and socialize! Now I'm home and I'm missing him, but I will see him again next weekend! We are going to see Deadpool 2 with his best friend and his best friend's girlfriend. Wooo!
My diet has been going really well. I've officially lost 50 lbs! One more lb and I'll be under 200 lbs! I've also gotten to eat out quite a bit in the past few weeks. I typically don't eat out very much, but its been nice to eat out and still stick to my diet. Two of my favorite meals are the lentil burger and fries that I split with my grandmother, and the half taco salad I got from Wendy's (I got no chili & added my own bean "meat" to it). Previously, I had limited fast food places I could eat at due to being a vegetarian. I used to just get nachos with cheese from Wendy's, but that isn't a filling meal. I'm thrilled that I can get taco salad now!
I got a new DVD for my collection! I know that doesn't sound super exciting, but it is for me! Its a double feature of Demon Knight and Bordello of Blood, which are both Tales From The Crypt movies. They're super cheesy, but I love them! I wish I could collect more movies right now, but I'm poor, haha. However, I did get an addition to my 3DS collection! I told my boyfriend I was feeling a bit depressed a couple weeks ago, then a few days later, I received a package from him in the mail. It had a two page letter, a copy of Animal Crossing for my 3DS and a $10 Nintendo store gift card. It was so sweet! I feel so lucky to have a man that cares that much about me. He is a keeper!
Oh and I also got a haircut. My hair dresser gave me bangs, even though I meant side bangs... but oh well! They look cute and its easy to sweep them to the side, so its no big deal, haha.
That is all for now. I'm probably going to clean my bedroom since its kinda messy. I'll leave you with a picture of my boyfriend and I that I took while we were at the park. The waterfall is behind us and it looks so pretty!
