There was a huge snowstorm last night, so school was cancelled today, which means its a three day weekend! Woooo! Its pretty exciting, but I do have a lot of school work to do. I think I can get away with spending only an hour today on work and relaxing, then spending all day Saturday and Sunday till 5pm working on stuff. I go fairly quickly when I do my work, so I should have a decent amount of free time this weekend!
This week has been pretty decent. I wasn't too stressed about school work and I've been feeling really great about myself. It has taken years to overcome my depression and low self esteem, so its very exciting! A few highlights of my week are; going to an Mawi'omi (an indigenous gathering - open to the public), finally ordering a serape duster that I've had my eye on for months, hanging out with my college friends, putting up some darker/less see-through curtains in my bedroom, switching a couple pieces of furniture around in my bedroom and getting a 92/100 on a presentation that I did in school.
Tonight there is a new episode of Riverdale, so I'm going to venture out into the cold to get some Subway for when I watch it and I also may stop at the grocery store to get a few things that I'll need for next week. I'll blog again soon!
