Back to being productive again

♪♫ Waiting For The Sun - The Doors

How is everyone doing? I'm doing good... actually, I'm doing amazing! My week has been really great! On Monday, I went to the mall on the other side of town. I ended up buying a shirt (with the HMV gift card that my dad gave me for my birthday), and a blouse for my grandparent's 50th anniversary (which is next Saturday)!

I spent some time with my grandmother on Tuesday. We had tea, lunch, and did some walking. I also got a pretty card for my grandparent's 50th anniversary, some thin socks for the gym, and some travel size toiletries. I went back to school on Wednesday. It felt weird being back after the holiday break, and my brain really wasn't working. On Thursday, I had school again (and my brain was working much better), then went back to Brownies in the evening. It went really well. The girls were a bit fidgety due to it being their first week back though. And yesterday...

Took a selfie before heading to my first back at school on Wednesday.

I seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens! I really enjoyed it, except for that scene where a certain character dies. I don't want to give away spoilers. And please don't post any spoilers in the comments! Anyways, I'll definitely be buying it when it comes out on Blu-ray! Aside from that, it was also treat day! I waited six days to have a treat... and I practically inhaled it, haha. It was a KFC chicken bowl. Sooo good. I also had a handful of popcorn and a few sips of cream soda (stolen from my dad) while watching the movie.

Today is a lazy day (aside from going for a walk later). I'm at my dad's currently. We've been watching movies all day. Right now we're about to watch Total Recall with a nice big steaming hot bowl of my dad's amazing healthy spicy chili. I hope everyone is doing well!

Oh and...
Happy Birthday Jimmy Page!

AKA the reason Led Zeppelin, my favorite band of all time, exists.

  1. Wow, that's amazing that your grandparents have been married for 50 years. I hope the same for my husband and I, eventually <3 I didn't like that scene either, but otherwise good Star Wars movie!
