Guess what?! I finally watched the original Star Wars films for the first time on the weekend! A New Hope was good, but it was slow, and that makes it my least favorite. My absolute favorite was Return of the Jedi. I think Han and Leia are my favorites. I found Luke Skywalker to be very whiny, but I still liked him. The Ewoks are so cute... I want an army of them. And I want to own all the movies on Blu-ray now. But apparently the entire saga on Blu-ray is around $100... so I'm gonna save up for it.

I also had a scare this weekend... I was downloading Star Wars, then my computer started flashing a message about my computer having a virus. It told me not to sign into any sites or shut my computer down, and it gave me a phone number to call asap. Then an automated voice started repeating itself over and over again. Saying basically the same thing. I panicked, then immediately called Microsoft support. I was on the phone for two hours or more. Ugh. They went into my computer, scanned it, and detected only minor threats. Then they strongly suggested that I purchase antivirus software. So I did. I got Norton. I scanned my computer again after installing Norton, and it removed a virus and some tracking cookies. I also uninstalled uTorrent, and found three legitimate legal websites where I can stream the three shows that I watch weekly. I feel loads better.
On a happier note, here is a picture I drew on this weekend. The internet went out for a couple hours, and I had some free time...

Today has mostly consisted of finishing up Christmas cards and wrapping the last couple presents. It took forever to do the Christmas cards. I wrote a little message in each one, then sealed them, and wrote the name on the front (and address for the ones I'm mailing). I had over 20 cards to do. I'm so glad that I'm done! I just gotta wrap the package and write the name/address on it, then I'm mailing everything on Friday. I can't wait to get it over with! I just wanna enjoy the rest of December without worrying about gifts/cards.
I'll blog again soon!
