♪♫ Just Give Me A Reason - P!nk Ft. Nate Ruess
Thursday was a terrifying day. I had my appointment to get into housing and my mother decided not to go with me, which made my anxiety much worse. I was so scared, I thought I was gonna puke. But it ended up going really well. I'm on the waiting list now. And I got to pick which side of town I want to live on. It could take up to a year for them to call me with an available apartment, but that's fine because I need time to save up anyways. My mom said she is gonna save $500 a month, I'm saving $150 a month and I'm pretty sure my grandmother is saving $100 a month. So I should have $4500 by November. My goal is actually $5000, but I'm not sure who else is gonna help me yet.
After my appointment, my friend Garnet texted me and asked me to hangout with him and a couple of his friends. I met up with them and we walked around for a while. I hardly ever see Garnet anymore, so it was nice. He a couple funny stories and some great jokes as usual. I went home around noon to take my pill, then spent the afternoon doing nothing interesting. My mom sent me to get a pizza for us and my Supernatural necklace arrived (which I love!). I pretty much just watched That 70s Show and played Super Mario World for most of the day. But in the evening, I decided to go out. My friend Matt lives up the road, so he came down and we walked around for a while. The weather was awful though, so we tried to hangout in the mall, but the security guard was being an asshole to us. So we went to Subway, I got a sub, then he walked me home. I went to bed early-ish, because I wanted to wake up early.
I woke up at noon on Friday (which is early for me) and got ready. My boyfriend said he was gonna be late, so I called Matt and we walked to the mall to hangout for a little while. I bought a few things, like a rainbow sock monkey (for my boyfriend) and a Mario plush doll. My boyfriend finally showed up and we got a bus to the other side of town, to a different mall. He got a big paycheck, so he bought me a mini Tardis replica (from Doctor Who). It lights up, makes sound effects and the top comes off for storage. I absolutely love it! I ended up buying myself a Led Zeppelin book that I've wanted for a really long time. It was on sale and it comes with awesome memorabilia inside; posters, concert tickets, pictures, etc. My Led Zeppelin collection is pretty big now. :P
After that, we were supposed to go to a restaurant for dinner, but we decided to get KFC instead. I accidentally ordered a large popcorn chicken, when I was trying to order popcorn chicken and fries. Oh well, it was still delicious. We walked around the mall for a little while after that and we got followed by two teenage boys who were checking me out and making any excuse possible to talk to us, like asking for a cigarette and borrowing a lighter. They looked at me like I was a celebrity or something. It made me feel good, but slightly creeped out. We were supposed to go to Megan's after the mall, but it was late, so we just went to my house and sat on the steps until his mom picked him up. I spent the rest of my evening watching Forrest Gump (I cry every time) and feeding my cat yogurt...*sarcasm* so much fun.
I went to see Megan and Marcus yesterday. I got there around 5:00 pm and my boyfriend showed up at 7:00 pm. We didn't do anything interesting at all. Just sat around, talked and laughed. I also found out that Kiss tickets are sold out, which is fine because I've already seen them in concert before. Anyways, I was supposed to stay overnight, but they just recently got a dog and used their last clean blanket to make him a bed. I can't sleep without a blanket, so I decided to catch the last bus home. Before leaving, my boyfriend and I went to Tim Horton's and got something to eat and drink. Then I went home and got some really cute texts from my boyfriend, which put me in a better mood. I watched Criminal Minds until I fell asleep.
Its been raining everyday since my last blog and isn't supposed to be sunny until Tuesday. I hate this weather so much. Ugh. Besides that, today I have to clean my room, which I'm putting off for a few more hours. I wanna relax and write lists of things I need for my apartment, budgets and all that other financial stuff. Plus I'm watching Mr. Deeds. ^_^

I'm glad you're getting help with housing. I'm hoping to be able to get my own apartment soon if I can get the help with it, which I should be able to do.
I love the sock monkey. I really want to learn how to make those haha.
The TARDIS is awesome. I've been downloading the episodes again. I miss 9 and 10 and I've not watched all the episodes with the 11th Doctor yet. Sometimes me and Gary watch old school Doctor Who, it's pretty awesome. He has quite a few DVDs. It's really sucky that most of the 1st and 2nd Doctors episodes got lost from the BBC archives. :(

Can't go wrong with popcorn chicken from KFCs but i really like their KFC bowls :P
