As you can see, I changed my layout. I liked the last one, but it didn't really feel like my kinda style. I feel really happy with this one. I have some more edits I need to make, but I'm too lazy right now.
The day after writing my last blog, I found out that my my mum is getting cable and internet hooked up in our apartment! So when I go home from vacation, I won't have to die of boredom. I'm so excited! And its not just cable and internet. Its fiber optic digital cable and fiber optic internet!
The next day, my grandmother had a doctor's appointment, so she took me along. After the appointment, we took the ferry across to downtown Halifax to do some shopping. For some reason we had really bad luck with food. Everything we bought tasted horrible. But the shopping was great! I got a mini amp speaker (for mp3 players & computers), a lip ring with red spikes (they look like lil devil horns ^_^), a mini acoustic guitar and a mini electric guitar to go with my mini amp, an anarchy guitar pick, horror movie themed candy (gummy brains, gummy vampire teeth, gummy skulls, etc) and a devil hello kitty mint case. I'm very happy with everything. ^_^
The day after that was Friday The 13th. For a horror movie fanatic, its just an awesome excuse to watch a bunch of horror movies! I spent the night at my dad's and we ate a shit ton of KFC, listened to music and watched Dial 'M' For Murder, Eraserhead and Desperation. They were all really awesome! I especially loved Eraserhead. I don't know why I was scared to watch it for so long. I have a strange love for fucked up movies. ♥
We woke up in the early afternoon and my grandmother picked us up not long after that. We spent some time at the house until my grandfather picked up my father and I. We all went to dinner with my mother (she is here on vacation for a few days), which was awesome. After dinner, my grandfather dropped us all off at the ferry and we went across to downtown. My dad went home and my mother and I went to see Ted. It was pretty hilarious! On our way home, we seen a crime see with blood and caution tape! Apparently someone was punched. Nothing too exciting.
Today was a pretty eventful day as well. We (me, my grandmother & my cousin) went to Value Village and I got two new pairs of pants (I really needed pants). Then we went to John's Lunch for fish 'n chips. Afterwards, we went back to the house and got BooBoo (my cousin's dog) and went to fisherman's cove for a walk. It was pretty foggy, but I got bubblegum ice cream, so I was happy. :D
I've been so busy lately and I'm really homesick. I miss my friends. :(
