♪♫ Astro Zombies - Misfits
Today (technically it was yesterday, since its after midnight) was a really great day. It started out with lunch at the Garden View (the most amazing chinese food ever!) with my mum, nanny, granddad and uncle. We hardly ever have a meal as a family, so it was really nice. After lunch, my uncle played a few songs on his guitar for my mother and I. Then he drove us to the bus station.

We went downtown to do some shopping. We didn't find anything for a little while, until I went to Rock Candy. I found an awesome Rob Zombie shirt that I absolutely love, so I bought it! Only one problem: it was made for men, so it does nothing for my shape whatsoever. I've decided to take it to a seamstress to turn it into a cute off the shoulder top. I just have to find a seamstress with the special sewing machine that the shirt requires.
We got bored of downtown, so we went to the Halifax Shopping Center. We had a delicous lunch (poutine & chocolate milk!), then we looked around in the stores. I couldn't find anything, so we got some Cinnabon sticks with icing and went to Sears Bargain Basement. I ended up finding an awesome pair of brown corduroy pants and a black sweater, so I bought them. Also, we went around the corner to Wal-Mart, where I found two pairs of pants that I couldn't decide between. I only had enough money for one, so my mum decided to pay for the other pair. :D

On the way home, we ended up taking the accordion bus! I remember taking it when I was a kid. I would stand in the middle and I got so excited when the bus would turn the corner, because it would spin around.

By the time I got home, I was exhausted and my feet were really sore. I had a nice hot bath, which helped somewhat. Then I ended my night the perfect way: with a big bowl of Reese Puffs and an episode of The Munsters. ^_^
Oh and I had a lovely conversation with my best friend Kara. I love our late night calls. :3
