A lot of stuff has happened since I last blogged, and since I'm too lazy to write a ton of paragraphs, I'm just gonna put everything in bullet points... in no particular order.

I found a room to rent that is five minutes away from the college that I'm attending. Its $450 a month with everything included, and its huge!

The government is funding me through school, which means I won't have any student loans or debt! They are also giving me rent and grocery money each month on top of paying for school!

I bought super cute bat lights at the dollar store that are now hanging across the top of my shelf. I also got pumpkin ones!

I ordered a bat sweater dress in one size smaller to motivate myself to lose another 25 - 30 lbs. It was also on sale for less than half the original price!

I bought myself a whole new wardrobe with money that I had been saving for a while!


This is only 2/3 of the clothes I bought.

I bought myself a mini fridge for my new room. It has a separate freezer, which I love!

And, I also bought a bunch of things that I needed; dishes, supplements, toiletries, towels, makeup, etc...


This is only about 1/3 of the stuff that I bought.

I received almost all the stuff that I've ordered online in the past month; an authentic serape, a replica of Jim Morrison's necklace, a David Lynch pin, a tie dye Led Zeppelin shirt, and a new phone battery. I'm just waiting for some supplies to make more rings for my Etsy shop.

My uncle is currently visiting from Florida. I've seen him a few times already. Another uncle is visiting next week, but I will have moved out of the city by then. I'm hoping he drives up to visit me though!

I got a haircut. I was trying to grow my hair out long, but it was driving me crazy... it feels so much better when its short!

I'm super stressed out right now. I have a seemingly endless list of things to do...

I failed my beginner's driving test for the second time. I'm getting discouraged... I need to have my license before the end of the course that I'm taking at college, so the pressure is on...

I bought some DVDs for the first time in a really long time!

My grandmother and cousin gave me a few gifts for going away; a laundry bag, a pepper cookbook, and a $50 Subway gift card!

I organized and cleaned my bedroom a few nights ago. Its looking quite bare because I'm taking a lot of my stuff when I move... but I'm loving how my closet looks now! Too bad I'll only get to see it once a month when I visit home...

I got 90% of my stuff packed. The other 10% is the last minute stuff.

I cleaned my old jewelry off that had a musty smell. I was able to get the smell out of most of it, except for one necklace that still smells. I'm still gonna keep it though. I just won't be wearing it.

I've changed the blog layout to an old favorite, fixed some minor things up, plus updated a ton of pages!
