Cravings can be the worst when you're just starting to eat clean/healthier. You feel like you're gonna have a breakdown every time you see a chocolate bar near the cash at the grocery store. And don't even get me started on that time of month! Ladies, you know what I mean... You pretty much get the urge to snap a neck when someone eats chocolate in front of you, am I right? Don't worry, I know that you'd never actually snap a neck. Its just a very intense craving, and most of us get them! Well I'm going to share my not-so-secret secret to satisfy your chocolate cravings in a healthy way!

Chocolate banana smoothie!
FYI; you will be able to taste some banana flavor, so skip this recipe if you don't like bananas...
To make one, you'll need:
» A blender.
» 2 medium frozen bananas (if your blender is shitty like mine, use one frozen banana and one room temperature banana).
» 1 - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (depending on how chocolaty you want it).
» 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (you can use whatever type of milk you want really).
» 1 tablespoon of the sweetener of your choice (this is completely optional - I actually never use any sweetener in mine!).
Directions:
» Just combine it all in your blender and make sure its blended really well! Then pour into a glass and add a straw!
Serves 1 - 2 | 300 calories (when you use 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, and no sweetener)!
This is perfect for breakfast! Its very filling, and delicious. And for the ladies; guess what!? Bananas help reduce period cramps! Yes, that's right, its healthy, chocolaty, and it helps reduce period cramps! Its like a dream come true!
