♪♫ Starry Eyed - Ellie Goulding
I'm not sure how many people are aware of this, but I've been suffering from severe depression and Agoraphobia lately. I think that the long winter really messed me up. Because I usually only have those feelings in the winter. Anyways, today I decided to have a 'DeeDee' day. It took me a while to get ready (because I wanted to get dressed up - I hardly ever feel pretty anymore). I checked the mail before heading out. I got two packages; Alice in Wonderland fabric and a bitch craft necklace. Both are super cute! :)

I began my 'DeeDee' day at The City Market. Its full of homemade food, items, art, etc. Nothing really caught my eye until I went to Linja Gifts. Its my favorite part of the market! I ended up buying new red chopsticks (I lost my old ones) and Pocky! If you've never had Pocky before, you gotta try it! Seriously...its amazing! Okay, moving on...I went into the mall afterwards. I looked around casually. Wasn't sure if I would end up buying anything, but I did! I bought the book Looking For Alaska by John Green. A friend told me that it was good. I'm quite excited to read it. Wooo! And Starbucks was across from the book store...I couldn't resist, LOL. It had been a while since I had Tazo Zen tea. :3

My next destination was the museum. I actually didn't plan on going there at all. But I walked by and thought "I miss when I used to work there.". So I guess it was about nostalgia. And oh my...there was so much of it. I spent over an hour looking around. I got two tours. And I got to see ol' Delilah (a Right Whale). She is the most popular exhibit. Her backstory is a sad one (click here to read it!). So on my way out, I bought a Delilah postcard and some maple candies at the gift shop. I wish I could have bought more stuff, but I didn't have a lot of money left. Anyways, my legs were tired, so I went to the library to relax. I feel happy in any place with books. ^_^

I decided to end my day a bit earlier than I originally intended. I was really sore and exhausted. So I stopped by a Chinese food place and got Lo Mein Noodles (so fucking delicious). And I also went to the dollar store and bought a book light (so that I don't annoy Matt when I'm reading at night). Walking home felt like it took forever. I was so happy when I finally got into my pajamas, began eating my noodles and watching TV. :P

To conclude; I'm so proud of myself for getting out! And without anyone with me! Also, it helped me get a bit of my motivation back for writing, which makes me extremely happy! I'm gonna have a 'DeeDee' day once a week. But I'm not gonna do nearly as much next time. I'll probably just get tea and do some reading at the library. Can't go wrong with that idea! Anyways, I'm gonna spend the rest of my night relaxing. I hope everyone is doing well! :)
