Well, I have some really exciting things to discuss in this blog. But first, Sunday was a pretty boring day. I was in quite a bit of pain and after flossing my teeth, I noticed something that I have never noticed before; my tonsils were swollen, red and had a vein popping out. It was only bad on one side and I always thought it was just my teeth that were causing me pain, but its my tonsils. It is affecting half my mouth, part of my throat and my ear. So I spent most of Sunday trying to relax and feel better.
On Monday, I was supposed to go to the hospital to get my tonsils checked out, but my boyfriend couldn't take me. So I ended up going to get groceries for my mom and myself, plus I got my prescriptions filled (for my mental illness). I was so exhausted. After getting home, my mom sent me out to the store for some junk food. I didn't wanna move for hours after that. I just relaxed and watched Bates Motel and ate some delicious food, then watched random stuff on TV until I passed out.
Yesterday I decided not to go to the hospital, because it takes over three hours and I hate waiting. So I made an appointment at the clinic instead. It wasn't busy, so I was in and out quickly. I got prescribed an antibiotic. The doctor says if it doesn't work, I gotta come back and most likely get my tonsils taken out. Hopefully that doesn't happen. I'm terrified of surgery. Anyways, to cheer myself up, I bought Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and Subway. Which I pretty much had to inhale, because I had to stop eating at 8:30 pm (I had to fast for twelve hours for blood work). I had bad hunger pains all night, but I did win an item I was bidding on, on Ebay; Super Nintendo with Super Mario World! I got it for cheaper than I thought it would be and I'm super excited!
I got hardly any sleep and I had to wake up at 7:30 am this morning. My mom and I cabbed to the hospital and I got my blood work done really quickly. I immediately drank orange juice and ate a chocolate bar afterwards. I was supposed to get my taxes done afterwards, but the place is closed until Monday. So we ended up buying a few groceries and got lunch at Jeremiah's (amazing sandwich place). I passed out not long after I got home. I woke up pretty late, which I'm not happy about.
I checked my PayPal a little while after I woke up and sure enough; my money went through! So I bought all the stuff on my list for this month. It came to $260, which means I have $40 left. I'm using the $40 to bid on two items that end in a couple days. I hope I win! I'm happy I got all this extra money this month, because I won't get to do this again for a long time. Anyways, here is what I ordered...

I always check people's ratings and reviews before I purchase something, but sometimes things can still go wrong (although I haven't had a problem so far whatsoever). So I'm worried about receiving everything and having it be in good condition and working well. I'm mostly concerned about the Super Nintendo because it cost me $116. Thats actually a pretty great deal for a Super Nintendo in good condition. A lot of the ones I found were almost $200. I guess all I can do is wait and see how it goes. Wish me luck!
I'm probably gonna spend the rest of my night cleaning, having a long relaxing bath, making a big supper and watching movies. Tomorrow I gotta get my prescription and visit my best friend Kara. I hope I feel better by then.
